Job Description
The HR Coordinator provides support to the HR Department in areas such as HRIS, compliance, recruiting, compensation, recognition, training, and development. The primary function is to provide administrative duties and implement recognition programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or other related field OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Strong computer experience required which must include abilities to work effectively with MS Office suite products
  • Prior experience with HRIS/payroll/LMS systems preferred
  • Ability to use sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive human resources issues with confidentiality and discretion
  • Must have excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented with impeccable follow-through
