Job Description
Prequel Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the HR team in a large-scale manufacturing organization.
Requirements
1+ year of administrative, HR, payroll, recruiting coordination, onboarding, or related office support experience
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage follow-up items
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
