Requirements
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources coordination, administration, shared services, corporate support, or related environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and maintain spreadsheets and tracking tools with timely and accurate updates
- Ability to follow established procedures and detailed processes due to HR compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions, and collaborate on implementation
