Role OverviewProvide administrative and operational support across all Human Resources functions to ensure efficient HR processes and employee services. Coordinate onboarding, employee lifecycle, and offboarding activities. Support seasonal and specialized recruiting efforts.
What You Will Do
Manage HR inbox, maintain accurate employee and applicant records, assist with updating HR policies and procedures, and coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of administrative, recruiting, human resources, or customer service experience
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, or HR administrative functions
- Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, learning management systems, or other HR technology platforms
