Job Description
The HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation of SuccessFactors, leading data transformation and migration activities and supporting the ongoing reporting and analytics needs of HR.
Requirements
Lead the transformation and migration of HR data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors
Develop and execute processes for data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports
Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and strategic planning
Support the automation and enhancement of self-service reporting capabilities
Ensure ongoing data governance, quality monitoring, and compliance with HR data policies and standards
Train HR team members and end-users on new data/reporting tools
