Job Description
The HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation of SuccessFactors, leading data transformation and migration activities and supporting the ongoing reporting and analytics needs of HR.

Requirements

  • Lead the transformation and migration of HR data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors
  • Develop and execute processes for data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
  • Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and strategic planning
  • Support the automation and enhancement of self-service reporting capabilities
  • Ensure ongoing data governance, quality monitoring, and compliance with HR data policies and standards
  • Train HR team members and end-users on new data/reporting tools
