Role OverviewThe Director of Human Resources is responsible for strategic HR initiatives related to internal operations and home health and hospice acquisitions. This includes developing, implementing, communicating, maintaining, and administering HR processes, practices, and strategies to support the organization.
What You Will Do
The Director will oversee HR functions, integrate home health and hospice acquisitions, and ensure HR strategies and programs are fully integrated within the organization. They will also provide training for new HR representatives and management staff, consult with leadership on human resource matters, and manage compensation practices.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in multi-site and multi-state healthcare, with home health and hospice experience a plus. SHRM certification is preferred.
