Job Description
Fleet Farm is seeking a strategic, field-focused HR leader to serve as the senior Human Resources partner for an assigned district, leading a team of HR Generalists and serving as a trusted advisor to District and Regional Operations leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including field HR leadership
  • Proven experience leading in a multi-site environment
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, investigations, and HR policy administration
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR risk management
