Job Description
We are hiring for an HR & Education Coordinator to coordinate various HR functions including Education and Development activities, events, and communication. The selected candidate will be expected to be onsite at our St Paul campus at least once per week.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative, human resource, education and development or similar role.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience operating copy machines, fax machines, and multi-line telephone systems.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Email and scheduling experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize workload independently.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
