Requirements

• Experience in a Human Resources role
• Payroll and employee relations experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and customer service mindset
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
• Familiarity with HRIS software and payroll systems
