Role Overview

This HR Generalist role supports a global workforce, focusing on employee relations, performance management, training & development, recruiting, safety & compliance, and policy management. The role requires a strong understanding of international HR practices and compliance. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on employee relations and 3+ years in progressive, international/global HR practice.

What You Will Do

The HR Generalist will be responsible for employee relations, performance management, training & development, recruiting, offboarding, global workforce analytics, compliance, and responding to employment verifications and EDD claims.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience
  • 4+ years focused on employee relations
  • 3+ years in progressive, international/global HR practice
  • Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
  • Track record designing and delivering training programs
  • Solid grasp of US labor law (FLSA, OSHA, FMLA)
  • Multi-state experience (CA, TN, CO, OR) preferred
  • International HR compliance experience is preferred
  • Experience managing an HRIS
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort holding confidentiality
  • Self-directed, fast-paced, and able to prioritize with urgency
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
