The successful candidate will have 8+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on employee relations and 3+ years in progressive, international/global HR practice.
What You Will Do
The HR Generalist will be responsible for employee relations, performance management, training & development, recruiting, offboarding, global workforce analytics, compliance, and responding to employment verifications and EDD claims.

Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience
- 4+ years focused on employee relations
- 3+ years in progressive, international/global HR practice
- Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- Track record designing and delivering training programs
- Solid grasp of US labor law (FLSA, OSHA, FMLA)
- Multi-state experience (CA, TN, CO, OR) preferred
- International HR compliance experience is preferred
- Experience managing an HRIS
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Strong organizational skills and comfort holding confidentiality
- Self-directed, fast-paced, and able to prioritize with urgency
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
