Job Description
We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide general HR support to managers and employees, collaborate with HR leadership on projects, and support positive employee relations and engagement.

Requirements

  • Four year degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • Preferred 2 years of Human Resource experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, ability to work independently, prioritize and proactively meet deadlines
  • Professional with excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong PC skills; Outlook, Word and Excel required, SAP and SharePoint preferred
