What You Will Do
Provide support to residential employees, update job descriptions, maintain employee records, assist in performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification or higher
- 2–5 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, EHR systems, payroll systems, and related tools
- Strong ethics and conflict management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and required auto liability insurance
- Initial and ongoing MVR verification
- Satisfactory references
- Satisfactory criminal background check
- Satisfactory drug screen
