Job Description
Atkore is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to lead HR activities for a three-shift manufacturing and warehouse operations. The role will be responsible for recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training and development, onboarding, policy implementation and enforcement, and employment law compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in Human Resources
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with Ultipro is a plus
  • PHR or SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
