Job Description
The HR Generalist will serve as the primary contact for general HR related issues and questions, while also providing support and guidance to corporate and operations leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Advises hiring managers on new employee selection for all field positions.
  • Provides guidance and problem solving in Group Benefits Administration.
  • Works Closely with management and employees to build effective working relationships, improve retention and strengthen morale.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions, to managers at all levels.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations and advising management on disciplinary action.
  • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and compliance related to employment practices.
  • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation, while assisting in driving improvements to HR policies, practices and processes.
  • Assists with managing progressive disciplinary process and approvals.
