Job Description
The HR Generalist will be responsible for various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. They will also assist with pay plan revisions, employee training, and special projects.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management
  • 5 years of experience in the HR field
  • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and assessment of candidates
  • Fully conversant with employment law and HR best practice
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites, email, internet, and HRIS
