Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing exceptional service to all teammates and implementing HR functions, policies, and procedures. This position will support the Corporate Human Resources Department in all day-to-day operations including recruitment, payroll, benefits, wellness, teammate relations, communication, safety, and all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Recruitment – Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new teammates to ensure the facility is fully staffed
  • Payroll – Processes payroll for hourly teammates
  • Benefits – Responsible for the administration of all benefits enrollment
  • Wellness – Responsible for administering wellness initiatives for teammates at the facility
  • Teammate Relations – Responsible for supporting teammates and plant management in resolving teammate relations issues and assisting in conflict resolution
  • Communication – Responsible for actively listening and communicating with plant management, teammates, Safety, Corporate HR, and Legal.
  • General HR Administration – Maintain accurate teammate information in HR system, review and ensure completion of hourly performance appraisals, etc.
