Job Description
The HR Generalist coordinates recruitment, assists with workers' compensation and OSHA compliance, ensures legal compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintains all Human Resources related records.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, preferred with emphasis in human resources, business management, or related field, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • One to three years human resources management experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of UKG human resources system (HRIS) preferred.
