Job Description
The HR & Safety Generalist supports daily human resources operations and coordinates plant-level safety programs and compliance in a union manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Safety, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Regular presence on the manufacturing floor required
  • Ability to walk production areas and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
