Job Description
Smoke Guard is looking for a passionate and driven HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys being deeply connected to the employee experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources role
  • Experience managing Human Resources across multiple states including California
  • 1-2 years of Union experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
