Role OverviewThe HR Generalist will report to the Regional Human Resources Business Partner and serve as a key support resource for both plant operations and corporate HR initiatives. The role will involve handling employee relations matters, supporting workplace investigations, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring consistent application of company policies and practices across the site.
What You Will Do
Manage employee relations cases, coordinate onboarding activities, support plant operations with day-to-day HR guidance, provide HR support to employees and managers, conduct workplace investigations, and partner with plant leaders to address attendance and timekeeping issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three or more years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, workplace investigations, and HR compliance practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and judgment when handling confidential matters.
- Experience with HRIS systems; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
