Role OverviewThe HR Generalist will serve as a hands-on partner to Corporate IT, Purchasing, and HR functions, while also supporting global HR initiatives across multiple regions. This role is responsible for delivering HR services including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliance, with a strong focus on supporting a high-performing technical workforce.
What You Will Do
Provide HR support for the U.S. Purchasing, IT, and HR functions, support HR initiatives globally, process employee hours and payroll requests, support HR with various administrative responsibilities, partner with leaders to drive employee engagement and retention strategies, and manage employee relations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and HR Business Partner or Generalist roles
