Role OverviewProvides HR support to managers and employees across assigned functions, assisting with day-to-day HR tasks and contributing to people programs with guidance from HR leadership. This role supports employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, and other HR initiatives with guidance from senior HR staff for complex matters. Champions Brightway's culture and contributes to delivering a positive and consistent employee experience.
What You Will Do
Serve as a resource to employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, workplace practices, performance, employee concerns, and other day-to-day HR matters. Assist with employee relations matters, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions, supporting consistency, fairness, and compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of HR experience
- Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Associate, HR Coordinator, or similar role with experience in employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and HR programs is preferred
