Role OverviewThe HR Generalist serves as a business partner to advise leaders on HR-related matters, assisting with all HR activities within an assigned territory or functional area. The role involves proactive and reactive ER, change management, policy interpretation, legal compliance, HR training, investigations, compensation, data management, and teammate engagement.
What You Will Do
The HR Generalist will possess working knowledge of the business, collaborate with HR centers of excellence, and deliver value-added service to management and teammates. They will assist with general teammate inquiries, provide feedback on policy and program roll-outs, and participate in engagement action planning.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of work experience
- Valid Driver's License
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification
