What You Will Do
Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, maintain employee records and HR documentation, support employee relations, coaching, corrective actions, investigations, and terminations.

Previous HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar experience, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit experience preferred, knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance.

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Ability to travel between locations as needed
