Job Description
Samson Electric, Inc. is seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to the President and senior leadership team. The HR Generalist will assist in implementing HR initiatives, manage the employee lifecycle, and coordinate programs such as the company's apprenticeship program.

Requirements

  • Administer the company's random drug testing program
  • Maintain employment and personnel files in compliance with company policy and legal requirements
  • Serve as subject matter expert for HRIS and ensure accurate data management
  • Own handbook updates and policy revisions to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Assist in recruitment efforts and ensure a consistent process across departments
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Interpret company policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
  • Coordinate the apprenticeship program by maintaining communication with program administrators and apprentices
  • Collaborate with the Safety Specialist to maintain employment training and licenses
  • Serve as subject matter expert on all employee benefits
  • Work with Finance and Payroll on 401(k) administration and other benefit-related processes
