Job Description
The HR Generalist provides day-to-day support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and employee relations at DSPolitical, a pioneer in data and technology for Democratic and progressive campaigns and causes.

Requirements

  • Support full-cycle recruiting
  • Administer onboarding processes
  • Provide support for performance management systems and review cycles
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, or HR policies
  • Draft and update job descriptions
  • Assist with developing HR communications and policy updates
  • Support benefits administration
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist with turnover tracking
  • Monitor HR compliance and assist with reporting requirements
  • Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys or DEI initiatives
  • Support the HR team with HRIS data entry and reporting
  • Collaborate with managers on employee relations matters
  • Review and submit accurate expense reports
