Job Description
Care Initiatives is seeking a compassionate HR Generalist to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals during their healthcare journey. The HR Generalist will provide strategic and hands-on support to our home office human resources leadership team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field required
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in benefits, payroll or HR operations
  • Experience coordinating training, learning and development programs, program delivery
  • Experience administering benefits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
