Job Description
The HR Generalist will support the overall HR function at OnPoint, providing comprehensive HR support across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in HR or generalist role, preferably in a financial institution
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws for Oregon and Washington
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
