Job Description
The HR Generalist will support the overall HR function at OnPoint, providing comprehensive HR support across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3 years of experience in HR or generalist role, preferably in a financial institution
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws for Oregon and Washington
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
