Job Description
Our client, Jamaica's largest haberdashery retailer, is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to manage the day-to-day HR operations of a busy retail environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of HR experience, preferably in retail or a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong experience managing payroll independently
  • Demonstrated experience preparing employment contracts and applying Jamaican labour law
  • Experience in staff training, onboarding, and employee development
