Job Description
We're hiring an HR Generalist to support core HR functions across both field and office teams in a fast-paced construction environment. This role provides day-to-day HR support, helps maintain compliance, and works closely with supervisors and project teams.

Requirements

  • Conduct employee relations investigations and guide supervisors on corrective actions and documentation
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, along with construction-specific requirements such as certifications and safety training records
