Job Description
We're hiring an HR Generalist to support core HR functions across both field and office teams in a fast-paced construction environment. This role provides day-to-day HR support, helps maintain compliance, and works closely with supervisors and project teams.

Requirements

  • Provide broad HR support to employees, supervisors, and project teams
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and guide supervisors on corrective actions and documentation
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Recruit and hire qualified candidates for both skilled trades and administrative roles
  • Prepare recurring HR reports
  • Support additional HR projects and responsibilities as needed
