Job Description
The Linear Motion Division, part of Regal Rexnord's Automation & Motion Control (AMC) segment, is seeking an HR Generalist to join its Cleveland, OH team. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, HR expertise, and employee-relations skills to support employees and leaders.

Requirements

  • Partners with management to advice and counsel on personnel issues.
  • Provides facility supervision on employee relations matters.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance with ADA, FMLA, EEOC, etc.
  • Respond to general employee inquiries and issues.
  • Partner with associates and managers to administer various policies and procedures.
  • Maintains HRIS integrity.
  • Partner with managers to actively improve associate engagement.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and assist in recruiting.
  • Coordinate temporary help needs and maintain internal company communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
