Job Description
The HR Generalist partners with the Human Resources Manager and operational managers on a variety of initiatives and directives that maximize organizational effectiveness and performance. The role involves developing and maintaining purposeful relationships with management, providing expert counsel and coaching to managers and employees, and participating in the development and/or improvement of department goals, objectives and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years human resources experience
  • 3+ years of generalist experience including employment law
