Role OverviewThe HR Human Resources Generalist will provide guidance to assigned business units for Human Resources functions including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits. The role will serve as a liaison for employees and support key management initiatives.
What You Will Do
The HR Human Resources Generalist will administer and communicate Human Resources (HR) related programs, policies, and procedures to assigned business unit; provide knowledgeable and timely responses to employee inquiries. The role will also establish a trusting environment to create a safe and neutral setting where employees can openly engage with HR.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
