Job Description

The HRIS Manager oversees the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s HR technology ecosystem.

Requirements

Lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of HR systems
Oversee system upgrades, patches, testing, and integrations with other business systems
Ensure data integrity through audits, regular maintenance, and standardization of data practices
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into effective system solutions
Manage system permissions, security roles, and compliance with data privacy regulations
Lead or support cross-functional HR technology projects, including new module rollouts and process redesign
Train HR team members and business partners on system functionality and best practices
Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely resolution
Document system procedures, workflows, and governance standards
