What You Will Do
Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and learning materials that enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance across the organization. Configure, maintain, and optimize the agency's Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HR Development, or a closely related field
- Three years of current/recent experience in end-to-end Instructional Design
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning development
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and their integration with LMS platforms
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements related to training and recordkeeping
