Job Description
Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Year-Round Co-op HR Intern to provide comprehensive HR support, coordination, and counseling. The role involves onboarding, HRIS data entry, performance management, time & attendance, payroll, and offboarding processes. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and able to work on-site in Cleveland, OH for 24-28 hours per week during the summer and semesters. Must be legally authorized to work.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university
  • Must have sophomore, junior, or senior class standing
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
