Job Description
As an HR Investigator, you'll conduct impartial investigations into employee misconduct and policy violations, providing fact-based findings to support fair and consistent outcomes. You'll work closely with HR management, Legal, and leadership to ensure fair resolutions and identify trends for proactive solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Legal Studies, or related field
  • 5+ years investigating employee misconduct in public sector or unionized environments
  • Strong interviewing, evidence analysis, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to manage high-conflict situations with professionalism
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and safe driving record
