Responsible for labor relations with local union, administration of the collective bargaining agreement and the grievance process. Ensures regulatory compliance, administers personnel policies, and handles employee relations issues.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in unionized environment required
  • 2-3 years’ experience in meat processing or other manufacturing setting
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Bilingual skills preferred
