Role OverviewWe are looking for an HR Lead who can join our team and build Trucco's HR foundations from the ground up across both our Bronx office and our New Jersey warehouse.
What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment, own onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, serve as the first point of contact for employees, support payroll, and begin shaping early-stage HR policies.
