Job Description
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing HR operations, including payroll management, employee benefits administration, compensation analysis, and employee relations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll management (100+ employees).
Extensive experience with ADP payroll systems (required).
Strong understanding of employee benefits and compensation analysis.
Experience in preparing reports and presenting to senior management.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Ability to manage confidential information and handle sensitive employee matters.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
