Job Description
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing HR operations, including payroll management, employee benefits administration, compensation analysis, and employee relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll management (100+ employees).
  • Extensive experience with ADP payroll systems (required).
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits and compensation analysis.
  • Experience in preparing reports and presenting to senior management.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Ability to manage confidential information and handle sensitive employee matters.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
