Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources operations for a growing energy/manufacturing organization.

Requirements

5+ years of HR leadership or HR management experience
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, production, logistics, construction, or operational environments preferred
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms such as Workday, ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, or similar systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
