Job Description
Pregis is hiring an HR Manager to lead talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations for multiple manufacturing sites. The role will be based in Sussex, WI, with up to 15% travel to Elkhorn, WI.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing plant environment
HR leadership experience
Proficiency in written and interpersonal communication skills
Competency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in HRIS, HR data reporting, and credentialing
Familiarity with federal and state employment laws
