Role OverviewThe HR Manager serves as a key HR resource across the organization, supporting both employees and leadership in a wide range of Human Resources functions. This isn't a role where you'll focus on just one area of HR. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can balance the day-to-day needs of employees with the bigger-picture needs of the organization.
What You Will Do
Manage post-offer onboarding and orientation, ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization; serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, supervisors, and leadership on employee relations, policies, performance, and workplace concerns.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience with employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and policy administration
- Experience independently managing multiple HR functions and advising managers and senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and supporting corrective action and performance management
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Experience developing HR policies, SOPs, job descriptions, and compliant HR documentation
- Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs
- Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, benefit platforms, and HR reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, judgment, confidentiality, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
