Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day human resources functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will work closely with employees and management across both office and production operations, providing HR support while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting and hiring, conduct interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and coordinate new-hire onboarding, handle employee relations, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution, and maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Manager, Human Resources Generalist, or similar HR leadership role
- Experience supporting a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or other industrial workforce preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR practices
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Experience with OSHA compliance and workplace safety requirements
- Experience with benefits administration, FMLA, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with management and employees
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related software
- E-Verify experience preferred
