Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Brea, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, leadership skills, and knowledge of California labor laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Thorough knowledge of California labor laws and regulations.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Paychex, BambooHR, ADP, Workday).
  • Native English speaker with some Korean language skills (preferable).
  • College graduate in the U.S. (preferable)
