Job Description
Join our Worldwide Flight Services family and contribute to the timely delivery of cargo shipment, luggage, business to customer delivery, and on-time flights while operating safely and securely. The HR Manager will lead Human Resource functions for assigned stations with direction and support from the Regional HR Director and partnership with the Corporate HR functions.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions and/or present to large groups.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to identify trends and measure results using data, insight, critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Experience working in a multicultural, diverse environment.
Ability to successfully partner with leaders at all levels.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and TM systems.
Ability to travel overnight on short notice.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
