Role OverviewWe are seeking a HR Manager, Projects to join our Distribution Center Network HR Team. This role will be based in Harrisburg, PA but will need to be open to travel to cover locations as needs. This position will be responsible to travel to locations to cover vacation, leaves or turnover in our HR Manager roles or as support is needed.
What You Will Do
The successful individual will need to understand and be able to handle full cycle HR within the distribution center including high volume recruitment, salaried recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, new employee orientation, benefits management, safety in partnership with operations, workers compensation and unemployment claim management, employee relations, employee activities, and auditing of time keeping.
