Job Description
The HR Onboarding Specialist owns the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and engaging transition from candidate to employee. This role sets the tone for the employee experience at Allergy Partners and partners closely with hiring managers, HR, IS&T, and Payroll to ensure timely processing and completion of all required pre-employment and onboarding activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, recruitment, or related HR operations role
Strong working knowledge of employment documentation requirements and compliance standards
Experience with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Paycom experience strongly preferred
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
