Job Description
The HR Onboarding Specialist owns the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and engaging transition from candidate to employee. This role sets the tone for the employee experience at Allergy Partners and partners closely with hiring managers, HR, IS&T, and Payroll to ensure timely processing and completion of all required pre-employment and onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, recruitment, or related HR operations role
  • Strong working knowledge of employment documentation requirements and compliance standards
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Paycom experience strongly preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
