Job Description
This position will support Human Resources in conducting the orientation and onboarding of new hires, responsible for scheduling training classes, organizing and preparing orientation materials, presenting courses, and effectively measuring training efforts.
Requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Professional communication and demeanor
Ability to present concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought out, positive, and professional manner to employees/management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Bilingual preferred but not required
